Mona Strategy

Mona Approach

For us, the value of a digital marketing campaign is not measured by how many channels you use, how much content you produce, or how much ad budget you spend, but by whether each of these efforts tangibly serves the brand's business objectives.

Our strategy development process is built upon four questions that spontaneously generate the right digital steps.

1. What is our goal?

The answer to this question determines the project's direction. Ambiguous statements like "we want to grow" are transformed into measurable goals such as "we want to achieve Y revenue in category X within 12 months." Without a clear goal, no subsequent step can have any real impact.

2. What do we need to do to achieve this goal?

The answer to this question forms the plan. It clarifies which markets, channels, products, and in what order to proceed. This stage is the compass for all subsequent operational decisions.

3. Which strategy should we follow?

The answer to this question reveals the strategic framework built upon the brand's positioning, pricing, target audience communication, and competitive stance. Here, the connection to the traditional foundations of marketing is established.

4. How can we use digital channels for these goals?

SEO, performance marketing, marketplace management, content creation, and technology infrastructure are how the strategy established in the first three steps is brought to life. Therefore, for us, digital is not an end in itself; it is a powerful tool that implements a well-structured strategy.

HOW WE WORK

Once the answers to the four questions above are clarified, the Mona Strategy process proceeds in the following five steps.

Our Operating Models

We do not impose a fixed working model because each brand has different needs, scales, and capacities. We can collaborate with you through three different structures based on your needs.

01

Monthly Retainer
(Strategic Partnership)

Long-term collaboration across multiple services. We undertake a part or the entirety of your marketing operation. The vast majority of our clients work with us through this model; because digital growth is achieved not through short-term sprints, but with a regular rhythm.

02

Project-Based

Activities with a defined start and end, aimed at a specific goal. Ideal for well-defined projects such as website redesign, migration to Shopify, brand positioning, or launching into a new marketplace.

03

Strategic Consulting

For brands with an in-house marketing team that only need strategic direction and regular oversight. We proceed with monthly or quarterly meetings; the implementation remains with the brand's own team.

Is our approach a good fit for your brand?

Our first meeting takes place to answer this question together. We listen to your current situation, understand your needs, and assess whether working together would be meaningful for both parties. The first meeting does not require any commitment.
